    Hi James,

    I find this fascinating – great pics too…
    Do you know the publication called “Gastronomica” – its this fantastic journal about food art & culture & history w/ UC Press.

    There was an article in one of them last year (if you’re interested I’ll dig it up) on ‘gourmet’ meals made in prison with things like Kraft Dinner..
